The Marketing department of Cegid Group has as its main mission the generation of leads and sales opportunities for all products, services, and companies within the Group. In line with our strategic marketing objectives, we aim to strengthen our online presence and boost business in the markets of Portugal and Lusophone Africa. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in performance campaign, PPC, SEO, Google Analytics, and website/landing page optimization. This role is crucial to promote our ERP solutions and management software for both small and large enterprises.

Responsabilities:

Managing Digital Advertising Campaigns: Developing, Implementing, and optimizing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., with the assistance of an external agency;

- Executing strategies to improve organic search ranking and visibility, as well as preparing briefs for technical SEO;

- Using Google Analytics and other data analysis tools to monitor campaign performance and ROI, making data-driven decisions to maximize results;

- Designing and optimizing websites and landing pages to enhance user experience and conversion rates;

- Collaborating with multifunctional teams within the marketing department or with product and sales teams.

- Staying updated on trends and best practices in digital marketing, especially within the software and ERP industry;

- Reporting on performance and achieving KPIs;

- Managing the performance budget.

Profile

- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance campaigns, PPC, SEO, and reporting;

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience);

- Proven track record of successful management of digital marketing campaigns;

- Solid understanding of Google Analytics and other relevant tools;

- Experience with website and landing page development, emphasizing user experience and conversions;

- Excellent command of the Portuguese language and English as a second language;

- Knowledge of the software industry is valued, particularly ERP and management solutions;

- Strong organizational and priority management skills;

- Goal-oriented mindset;

- Ability to multitask.
