@ Cegid Primavera Public Services
Cegid Primavera Public Services is an independent business unit integrated into the Cegid group, dedicated exclusively to consulting, implementation, and integration of Cegid solutions in the Public sector. It is composed of a team highly specialized in central management system implementation projects in multiple organizations, with a particular focus on areas such as Education, Health, Vocational Training, Public Institutes, Municipal Companies, Social Solidarity Institutions (IPSS), and many other entities in the State business sector.
The challenge we have for you
- As part of the Cegid Primavera Public Services unit, this role is tasked with ensuring that the projects under your responsibility are planned and executed, in all their phases and scope, according to Cegid project methodologies. This primarily involves managing large-scale projects, concurrently with managing the client account itself.
- Gather the requirements for the client's or potential client's needs, with the support of expert consultants in different areas.
- Plan the project team, with or without subcontracting resources.
- Conduct the Kick-Off, in a meeting at the client's site, with the presence of the project team, as well as prepare and conduct status meetings (internal meetings to monitor the work of our consultants and/or regular meetings with the client's project team).
- Re-plan the project team according to its progress.
- Manage project risks, billing plan, client credit limit, and deliverables defined for the project.
- Manage project margins.
- Higher education in Computer Science, Management Informatics, or Project Management.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles as a Project Manager, preferably in ERP implementations.
- Knowledge of Cegid Primavera Products (preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel and MS PROJECT.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Availability for national travel.
