The challenge we have for you

As Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for:

- Infrastructure management for systems, applications, and servers;

- Handles incidents or anomalies based on internal requests: diagnosis of the incident, identification, formulation and monitoring of its resolution;

- Participates in corrective maintenance actions while ensuring their quality;

- IT security management.

- Compiles a permanent inventory and manages the various components of the different networks

- Monitors and analyses performance and implements measures likely to improve the quality or productivity of the tools

- Ensuring proper user training and information, as well as the availability of updated documentation.

- Ensuring the completion of maintenance tasks.

-  Infrastructure ticket management (2nd level support).

-  Manage and/or participate in IT Infrastructure projects.

Profile

 

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;

- Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a System Administrator;

- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems;

- Familiarity with network protocols, firewall configuration, and security best practices;

- Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V;

- Availability for performing maintenance during after-hours;

- Fluency in English (mandatory).
