Personal information is processed by Cegid in order to :


- Search for relevant profiles through the analysis of applications made on the Cegid career site, or offered by recruitment agencies working with Cegid. This is done respectively on the basis of legitimate interest and the execution of pre-contractual measures.


- To pre-screen and contact candidates in the context of the job offer. This is done on the basis of the performance of pre-contractual measures.


- Assessing the applicant's suitability for the job, via questionnaires or tests. This is done on the basis of legitimate interest.


- To build up a CV library. This is done on the basis of legitimate interest.




Your data may be communicated to subsidiaries of the controller as well as to external service providers in charge of implementing the processing or to authorised third parties in the event of requests by the competent authorities.  



The fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. If they are not filled in, the processing cannot be carried out.



Your personal data is kept for 24 months for a CV.



Your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Union for the purposes detailed above. These transfers are subject to a specific legal framework to ensure that the data is covered by an adequate level of protection.



In compliance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your data, as well as the right to oppose and limit all data concerning you.



These rights can be exercised by writing to our data protection officer by sending your request to recrutement@cegid.com or directly from your candidate file. You may at any time exercise your right of appeal to the competent authority for the protection of personal data (CNIL).
