The challenge we have for you
As a Cloud Operations Technician, you will play an important role in managing, monitoring, and optimizing cloud infrastructure, ensuring that applications and services run efficiently, securely and cost-effectively.
Your main tasks will be:
1. Monitoring alerts management, according to procedures and defined processes - supervising and implementing all day-to-day operations required for the smooth running of Cegid's cloud platforms;
2. Incident Management - detection through monitoring tools, troubleshooting, resolution or to other Teams escalation;
3. Contribution to Continuous Service Improvement - existing documentation updates and/or creation of new documentation.
Profile
- Professional experience in Windows server as administrator, and in Citrix;
- Capable of applying technical documentation in the field;
- Proactive and willing to work with multiple technologies and platforms;
- Very good English (spoken and written); French is a plus;
- Any previous experience in the following technologies will be a plus: IIS, Linux, Microsoft Azure, Scrum, SQL, Oracle and VMware;
- Motivation to learn and to grow in the Cegid organization;
- Good communication skills and willing to learn.
